Simple thanks for an experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Before I made my choice to go with The New England Shutter Company I personally reviewed five competitor's products, ethical standards and pricing. After a five week process I choose TNESC based on the following. The same person that does the measurement and quote for the product is the installer of the product, It was the only supplier to actually listen to my requirements and understand I wanted the shutters boxed inside the window frame rather than outside. Timeframes for delivery and installation. The company supports sustainable forestry. The hinges were USA made and significantly more robust than any other alternative I have seen. The Professionalism (including responsiveness and promptness of all individuals involved) gave me the reassurance that other competitors did not. And lastly quality of the finished product. After two weeks my shutters were delivered and fitted. The entire experience to date with tnesc has been extremely professional and I simply couldn't ask for more.

I received a call from you a few days ago for feedback on shutters you installed for us in December. I thought I'd write a quick email to let you know that we're really pleased with them. The guy who put them up (I'm afraid I can't remember his name) was very friendly, helpful and extremely capable. He did a great job and we were very impressed. We couldn't believe he even wore slippers to protect the carpet. The shutters themselves are even better than we'd hoped - the quality of the construction and finish is excellent. This is just to say how delighted I am with the shutters which were installed on Saturday. The fitter, Peter, could not have been more courteous and professional. It is a very small house and I was concerned that I had not cleared enough working space for him, but he was so accommodating in this respect; he simply worked on the frames outside as the weather was good, and he assured me that he had ample working space at the windows. The outside area was still carefully covered and all packaging instantly disposed of, just as if he were working inside my home.A neighbour has already shown an interest and came in to see my traditional wooden shutters and how they operate. She though they were 'marvelous things' so presumably had not heard of them before! My son is already impressed by your catalogue and will see my shutters at the weekend.I do hope this interest results in more customers for you. I shall certainly promote your products at every opportunity. Stewart fitted them beautifully, took his time, made no mess and was a pleasure to make coffee for and lastly many many thanks to you and Rebecca for customer service, looking after me and being so helpful. I would also like to thank the lady who showed us the shutters when we came over one very wet and windy Saturday, her advice and information were very valuable.
