These impressive shutters are 3.3 metres high and made from solid tulipwood with a dark stain applied to match the interior decor of the restaurant. The shutters were fitted onto sliding tracks in order to clear the ceiling bulk head which is lower than the height of the glass.
The New England Shutter Company have installed shutters as part of the refurbishment of the world-famous Emirates Golf club in Dubai. These stained Tulipwood shutters were fitted in the clubhouse and restaurant. They are fixed panels, 3 metres high with no mid-rail. These shutters help to deflect the scorching Dubai heat!
